1959 ferrari 250 tr 59/60 at goodwood
One of the special demonstrations at the 2019 Goodwood Revival saw a tribute to the race perhaps most associated with Goodwood - the Royal Automobile Club Tourist Trophy. This particular demonstration relived the 1959 race, bringing together fifteen sportscars, many of which raced that year. All were exceptional racers, but this beautiful 1959 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa really stood out in the September sun. This particular car, chassis number 0774TR, was entered into the 1959 race by Phil Hill and Cliff Allison, where it qualified 6th on the grid before unfortunately retiring during the race ...
