May brought inclement weather to the media preview day for the 2018 Silverstone Classic. Despite this, there was a diverse and fascinating selection of classic motorsport machinery out in force. The main 2018 event will celebrate a number of key anniversaries, including 70 years since the first Grand Prix at Silverstone, 60 years of the British Touring Car Championship, and 50 years of the Ferrari Daytona.
