the ferrari 250 gt swb
My favourite Ferrari. Styled by Pinin Farina, powered by the 3.0 litre Colombo V12, created by Bizzarrini, Chiti & Forghieri and crafted by Scaglietti. The Passo Corto (short chassis) was developed for better handling. 176 250 GT SWB Berlinettas were built in both lusso and race trim. They were raced with considerable success in the early Sixties, culminating in Ferrari winning the 1961 GT class Constructor's Championship.
