This glorious 1964 Porsche 904 Carrera GTS was another personal highlight of the 2018 Hampton Court Concours of Elegance. This is number 083 of 106 cars built by Stuttgart for homologation purposes. It was first bought by Sir Valentin Roger Duff Abdy, who at the time ran it as a daily driver whilst consulting for the Paris branch of Sotheby's. He sold the car a year later to Claude Barbier, who subsequently rallied and hillclimbed the car regularly, scoring several podium finishes...
